**Job Summary**

Alterra Mountain Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Housekeeping Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our guest rooms and public areas.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality are maintained.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and productivity in housekeeping operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage and maintain accurate records and reports related to housekeeping operations.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in housekeeping and guest services.

**Requirements**

• Secondary V or equivalent education.
• Leadership skills and experience in a supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Basic knowledge of English language and computer skills.

**Working Conditions**

Full-time position, working varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Competitive hourly rate, $20.29 per hour.
