Optical Sales Professional

Job Summary:
The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales results in our optical stores. This role involves cultivating existing customer relationships, building new ones, and ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience in every LensCrafters store.
Main Responsibilities:
- Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through effective customer engagement and relationship-building.
- Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, ensuring customers receive the best vision solution.
- Assist patients in selecting frames, coordinating measurements, and providing expert advice on eyewear options.
- Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
- Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
- Maintain store appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized.
- Embody an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect and dignity.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year experience in retail or customer service.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
- Ability to sell through effective sales skills and accountability for sales results.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Self-motivation and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
