- Resolve Issues: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- 5-10 Years of Experience: 5-10 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with a proven track record of success in a supervisory role.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, staff, and management.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
