About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at Ortho Rehab Group Inc. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our orthopedic rehabilitation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to address their unique needs and goals.

Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals

Work closely with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective treatment outcomes.

Treatment Implementation and Progress Monitoring

Implement treatment programs under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists, and monitor patients' progress to make adjustments as needed.

Administrative and Clerical Duties

Perform general clerical duties, including maintaining accurate records, processing files and paperwork, and scheduling appointments.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as physiotherapy or a related health science.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a physiotherapy or rehabilitation setting.

Language

Fluency in English is required.
