Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at LONG WHEELS SOLUTIONS LIMITED. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning and organizing operational logistics, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and conducting performance reviews.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational efficiency.
- Plan and organize operational logistics, including inventory management and supply chain coordination.
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and efficient use of resources.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
As an Operations Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 3-4 people. You will be required to maintain attention to detail and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
