We are seeking a skilled Computer Network Technician to join our team at DATOS SUPPORT CONSULTING INC.

Job Summary:

The Computer Network Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer networks, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and mainframe networks. The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer networks, including LANs, WANs, and mainframe networks.
  • Troubleshoot network problems and perform repairs as needed.
  • Monitor network performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software.
  • Perform routine network start-up and close-down procedures and maintain control records.
  • Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
  • Respond to requests for help and information from Website visitors and Website designers.
  • Supervise technical staff.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in computer network administration.
  • Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of networking software and hardware.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to supervise technical staff.
Working Conditions:

The Computer Network Technician will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. The successful candidate must be able to work in a team environment and have excellent interpersonal skills.
