Job Summary

We are seeking an Analyst-Accounts Payable to join our growing team in Calgary, Alberta. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support to our operations team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial issues
Requirements
  • Passion for related fields such as accounts payable, accounting, finance, and/or administration
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with or ability to learn SAP or other industry recognized ERP software
  • Ability to quickly understand and conceptualize business requirements
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse group of team members, levels and disciplines
