About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our team at Blush Beauty Salon & Spa Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality beauty treatments to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultations: Meet with clients to discuss their beauty needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations for treatments and products.
  • Beauty Treatments: Perform a range of beauty treatments, including body care, facials, manicures, pedicures, and waxing.
  • Product Sales: Sell our range of beauty products to clients, including skincare, haircare, and makeup.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team of beauty therapists and spa staff to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client experiences.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques, and participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a beauty therapy or skincare role.
  • Work Setting: Esthetician's salon.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
