Operations Team Lead

At Canada Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and the overall productivity of our workforce.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position working 30-40 hours per week, reporting directly to the Management Team. You will be responsible for leading a team of 11-15 people and overseeing daily operations, tasks, and projects.
We are offering a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train workers in duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs efficiently.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights into operations and identifying areas for improvement.
- Evaluate equipment performance and ensure timely maintenance and repair work is carried out.
- Resolving work problems and providing technical advice to staff to improve productivity and product quality.
- Coordinate and review work assignments, making adjustments as needed to meet business objectives.
- Procure materials, equipment, and supplies required to maintain efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a similar role is an asset but not required.
