We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Expert to join our team at Apex Systems. As a QA Automation Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing automated tests for software applications using tools such as Selenium and HP-ALM.

You will work closely with the development team to establish test plans, standards, and procedures that add value to software projects. This includes reviewing project documentation, monitoring project adherence to quality standards, and tracking progress testing status reporting as needed.

In this role, you will lead a team of Quality Assurance Analysts, preferably 2 or more in an offshore/onshore capacity. You will be responsible for analyzing, defining, and translating business and functional requirements into testing requirements. You will also manage and coordinate end-to-end testing activities for small and large projects across many teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Software Testing Life Cycle - Agile or Waterfall methodologies, QA approaches, Tools, Techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational, or process problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, define, and translate business and functional requirements into testing requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate end-to-end testing activities for small and large projects across many teams.
  • Work with test leads, business, business analysts, and development teams to establish test plans, standards, and procedures.
  • Monitor project adherence to quality standards and track/provide progress testing status reporting as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of Experience in Software Testing Life Cycle - Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Leading a team Quality Assurance Analyst, preferably 2 or more in an offshore/onshore capacity.
  • Automation Testing using Python.
  • Selenium.
  • HP-ALM.
  • Degree/diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate detailed information in an impactful way.
  • Values of trust, teamwork, and accountability.
