About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Summerside Prestigious Consultants Corporation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledgers.
  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including journal entries and bank statements.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
