About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team at Integrity Express Logistics. As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and secure new accounts through effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Negotiate contracts and rates with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive residual business and revenue growth
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, drivers, and customers to ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods
  • Collect and file necessary paperwork for timely payment and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Perform various account management tasks, including load building, appointment scheduling, phone management, and email correspondence

Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in keyboarding and Microsoft Office products
  • Phone sales experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Concentrated work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a strong attention to detail
