Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Supervisor to join our team at Galaxy IDP Construction Ltd.
Job Summary:The General Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, prepare production and other reports, and resolve work problems.
- Supervision: Supervise workers and projects, train or arrange for training, and estimate costs and materials.
- Quality Control: Establish methods to meet work schedules, set up equipment, and ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards.
- Support for Diversity and Inclusion: Participate in government or community programs that support persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
