About the Role
Brand Momentum is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandising Specialist to work independently at one retail location, with a flexible schedule of 6 hours per week.
About the Position
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. They will be responsible for performing merchandising tasks, maintaining sections, and addressing out-of-stock issues.
Responsibilities
- Performing merchandising tasks at one or two retail stores
- Maintaining sections, including proper rotation, restocking, and ensuring distribution of all products
- Addressing any out-of-stock issues
- Cleaning sections, ensuring equipment meets food safety requirements
- Replacing and/or repairing fixtures as required and placing product orders
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with department personnel and store management
- Submitting daily visit reports
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs
- Previous merchandising experience is an asset but not a requirement
- Able to commit to the length of the contract
- Have a smartphone and access to the internet
Compensation
The pay rate for this role starts at $17/hour.
