About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Insights Lead to join our team at BMO Financial Group. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive business growth.

As a key member of our organization, you will analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, develop predictive models, and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, develop data-driven solutions, and communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

Key responsibilities include developing analytical solutions, providing advice and guidance to assigned business groups, working with stakeholders to identify business requirements, and applying scripting/programming skills to assemble various types of source data into well-prepared datasets.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns
- Develop predictive models and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs

Qualifications
- 4-6 years of relevant experience and graduate-level degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in statistical analysis, data mining, and data cleansing/transformation
- Knowledge of visualization techniques and concepts (e.g., Power BI, SpotFire)
- Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience
