Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as an in-home support worker. As an in-home support worker, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and assistance to our clients in their homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer bedside and personal care to ensure our clients' comfort and well-being.
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Help clients with regular exercise, such as walking.
  • Feed or assist in feeding clients who require assistance.
  • Launder clothing and household linens.
  • Mend clothing and linens as needed.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Provide companionship to alleviate loneliness and isolation.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals to meet clients' dietary needs.

Requirements:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work on-site at the client's home, with no option to work remotely.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking required.
