Job Title: Azure Data Engineer H/F

Navacord Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Azure Data Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud-based data architecture.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Navacord's cloud data architecture to enable knowledge worker productivity, improve client experience, and support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, PMO, IT, and external service providers to ensure new capabilities comply with information architecture.
  • Lead the implementation of data architecture and business intelligence solutions, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Define policies and standards for cloud native data management, including data layers, integration design, and data modeling methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain data management programs, including data quality rules, KPIs, and automated data cleansing.
  • Collaborate with IT, PMO, and business stakeholders to maximize the value of data across the organization.
Qualifications:
  • University degree in information technology, software engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 8-12 years of experience in a role that has taken ownership of data assets, provided high-quality data, and ensured data accessibility.
  • Expert-level knowledge of cloud native data management, data layers, integration design, and data modeling methodologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to deal effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
