About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Exterior Installation Specialist to join our team at SUPER FAST HOME IMPROVEMENT INC. as a Prefabricated Product Installer. This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior prefabricated products, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and develop installation procedures.
  • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products, utilizing hand and power tools as needed.
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring precise and accurate results.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including loading and unloading trucks with equipment and supplies.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, adhering to safety protocols.
Work Environment

This role involves working outdoors, at heights, and in various locations, including construction and renovation sites. The work environment is physically demanding, requiring attention to detail, handling heavy loads, and working in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and organizational abilities.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
Language and Work Term

This position requires English language proficiency and a permanent work term.
