We are seeking a skilled Video and Sound Technician to join our team at Majestic Films Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining audio-visual equipment, recording and editing video and sound, and ensuring high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate mixing, dubbing, and editing machinery and equipment
  • Operate audio consoles or computers, tape machines, microphones, and sound processing equipment at concerts and live events
  • Prepare and operate videotape recording and playback equipment and edit video tape after production
  • Work with specialized audio or video systems, including electronic music and sound simulators, film to video transfer systems, and digital effect sound and video mastery units
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Work setting: Urban area
  • Level of expertise: Maintenance and repair, Recording technician, Sound editor, Video editor, Special effects editor, Technician
