We are seeking a skilled Auto Glass Technician who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and helping clients see clearly through their glass.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and repair auto glass on a wide range of vehicles with precision and attention to detail.
  • Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner to ensure optimal results.
  • Use proper techniques to ensure quality workmanship and meet customer expectations.
  • Document all service and installation activities in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide them with accurate and helpful information.
  • Keep work area clean and organized to maintain a safe and productive environment.
  • Respond to a variety of service calls as needed to meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in auto glass installation or equivalent experience is required.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary for the position.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor is essential for success in this role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
  • Reliability and punctuality are crucial for meeting customer expectations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on vehicles at different heights is necessary.
  • Willingness to participate in an Apprenticeship program is a plus.
