About the Role

This role will involve coordinating all phases of project delivery from pre-design to site administration. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience as an architect, including 5+ years in project management. A degree in architecture from a recognized institution and registration with OAA or another Canadian architectural association are required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the project team to coordinate the timely completion of creative and technical tasks throughout the building design process. They will also contribute to establishing and maintaining project budgets and schedules.

What You Will Bring
  • Degree in Architecture from a recognized post-secondary institution
  • 10-15+ years experience as an Architect
  • Registered with OAA, or another Canadian architectural association
  • Demonstrated delivery experience as a project manager within residential
  • Complex building project experience
  • Advanced BIM experience

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits include PATO Days, wellness initiatives, training and education support, mentorship, and a fun work environment.
