This role helps achieve our business goals by leading the SAP Services and Support Team, making sure that services are delivered efficiently, improving support processes, and acting as the main contact with different business units.

This exciting opportunity requires providing strategic leadership for SAP business processes, technology architecture, integration, and support. The ideal candidate will oversee the implementation and management of SAP modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, setting and achieving challenging objectives while encouraging risk-taking and learning.

Key responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing team members to enhance collaboration, support, and continuous improvement. Additionally, managing vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and budget management, is crucial for success in this role.

The successful candidate will have over 10 years in IT management, managing mid to large-size cross-functional agile teams. They must also have experience leading projects/initiatives, with knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies and strong project/stakeholder management skills. Strong vendor management and budget planning skills, with experience in ITIL, PMLC, and other delivery frameworks, are essential.
