Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Director to join our team at the Government of Canada - Central. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and leading our sales team to success.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales leadership, with experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans. You will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departmental objectives, coordinating regional work, and representing the organization in official functions. Your strong communication and organizational skills will enable you to effectively lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

- Establish financial and administrative controls to optimize sales operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions
- Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
Requirements
- Proven sales leadership experience in a government or similar environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically
- Experience with sales planning, budgeting, and forecasting

Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
