We are seeking a dedicated and caring Resident Support Professional to join our team at Willoughby Manor Retirement Residence. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, focusing on their individual needs and preferences.
  • Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering residents' dietary requirements and preferences.
  • Engage residents in recreational activities, promoting socialization and a sense of community.
  • Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any concerns to supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and activities.

Qualifications:

  • PSW or Health Care Aide Certification preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare or social services an asset.
  • CPR and First Aid certifications are desired but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and adapt to changing situations.
