Warehouse Inventory Coordinator

AHS Altimate Home Solutions Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, receiving and processing shipments, and ensuring a smooth supply chain operation.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking stock levels and monitoring inventory movements.
- Receive and process shipments, verifying quantities and inspecting goods for damage or defects.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
This is a full-time position, working 35-40 hours per week in a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be physically able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
