As a Benefits Block Expansion Lead, you will focus on the growth of our Group Benefits block. This involves business development activities such as maintaining and further developing productive relationships with Benefits Advisors and group policy holders, acquiring new business, and managing accounts of an in-force business portfolio.

You will work closely with Benefit Advisors throughout the sales process and life cycle of a policy, from quote and presentation to sale and renewal. You will also assist in the development of Benefit Advisors, providing them with product and financial arrangement knowledge, Canada Life specific products and market strengths, and business solutions.
