About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Framing Carpenter to join our team at Khushi & Bill Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in the framing and installation of wood structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimation and Planning
    • Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs for framing and installation projects.
    • Review blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with building codes.
  • Woodworking and Installation
    • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials to create precise and durable structures.
    • Install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware to ensure a seamless and secure finish.
  • Supervision and Maintenance
    • Supervise and mentor junior workers to ensure they meet the highest standards of workmanship.
    • Maintain and repair existing wood structures, including residences, wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, and industrial plants.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months of experience in a related field.
    • Permanent employment.
    • Fluency in English.
    • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
