About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rig Electrician to join our team at Precision Drilling Canada Limited Partnership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on drilling rigs.
  • Ensure all electrical work is performed in accordance with safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent electrical system failures.
  • Develop and implement electrical system upgrades and improvements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical work, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in dusty and hot environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Work Environment

Our team works in a variety of locations, including urban areas and remote sites. You will be required to work outdoors and in challenging environments.
