We are seeking a Casual Medical Device Reprocessing Technician at Interior Health Authority to work in a hospital setting. As a member of the Medical Device Reprocessing Team, you will perform detailed technical duties related to the decontamination, sterilization, reassembly, function testing and distribution of medical and/or surgical supplies and instruments. If you are a motivated and reliable Medical Device Reprocessing Technician with attention to detail and strong communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a series of detailed technical duties related to the decontamination, sterilization, reassembly, function testing and distribution of medical and/or surgical supplies and instruments

• Perform related clerical duties and record keeping

Requirements

• Grade 12

• Successful completion of a recognized Sterile Supply Processing course

• One year's recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
