Project Overview

Luxoft, a professional investment management organization, is seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines, as well as onboarding application teams to our DevOps Platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • CI/CD Pipeline Development: Design and implement efficient CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions to automate our deployment process.
  • DevOps Platform Onboarding: Collaborate with application teams to onboard them to our DevOps Platform, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
  • Issue Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex issues in our CI/CD processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize our infrastructure.
  • Infrastructure Recommendations: Work closely with development teams to recommend the best infrastructure and tools options for their projects, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in DevOps engineering.
  • Expert-level knowledge of AWS Data Engineering Technologies, including Glue, EMR, Athena, AWS Lakeformation, and S3.
  • Expert-level knowledge of DevOps tools, including Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS Code Build, Ansible, Artifactory, and AWS CloudFormation.
  • Expert-level knowledge of AWS Core Technologies, including EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, and SQS.
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and strong communication and task management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Python or Java in an enterprise environment, covering the entire development life cycle.
  • Intermediate-level knowledge of Data Engineering Technologies, including Spark, Apache Airflow, and Apache Hudi.
