The Mobile Shop, a leading Canadian retailer of wireless products and services, is seeking an experienced Wireless Store Manager to lead our team at the Fortinos store in Etobicoke. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing market share, and achieving business objectives.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in sales and customer service. You will have a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest mobile devices and rate plans, and be able to effectively communicate this knowledge to customers.

As a Wireless Store Manager with The Mobile Shop, you can expect:

  • A competitive salary of approximately $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and motivating a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Actively participating in engaging customers in sales activities and providing ongoing training, coaching, and development to Wireless Sales Representatives.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of Wireless Sales Representatives, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
