Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, legal regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of contracts, including contract performance and compliance monitoring.
  • Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate new and renewal contracts, as well as contract changes, with external customers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and management to ensure adherence to contractual terms and obligations.
  • Prepare financial information to support contractual activities and assist with financial forecasting for contract expenditures.
  • Supervise a team of Contract Administrators and maintain a contractual document repository for easy access by stakeholders.
  • Engage in capture and bid management efforts to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in government contracts analysis and billing.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with above-average interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Personal commitment to occupational health, safety, and environment policies, with eligibility to meet requirements for Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
