We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced educational leader to join our team as an 8-12 and Athletic Director at School District #10 (Arrow Lakes).
Key Responsibilities- Provide educational leadership and direction to students, teachers, and staff in grades 8-12.
- Develop and implement athletic programs that promote physical activity, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
- Manage and supervise athletic teams and events.
- Develop and manage budgets for athletic programs and events.
- Master's degree in Education or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in educational leadership and athletic administration.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing educational programs and athletic teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
