Job Overview
Homewood Health Centre is actively seeking registered mental health professionals interested in providing services on an occasional, contract basis. As a contracted mental health professional, you will be part of our team that provides Enhanced Mental Health Care in Quebec.

Key Responsibilities
- Utilize solution-focused, CBT, and DBT approaches to provide treatment focused on depression, anxiety, trauma, or substance use-related concerns.
- Develop treatment plans and monitor client progress throughout treatment with the use of our Measurement-Based Care platform.
- Adhere to professional standards and best practices.
- Engage in clinical consultation with the clinical management team as required.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Registration or clinical membership with a relevant governing body with the ability to deliver Psychotherapy services in your province of practice.
- 3 to 5 years of clinical counselling experience post-Master's degree.
- Experience in Trauma/PTSD counselling, including working with First Responder populations, is a strong asset.
- Specialized training and/or experience working with First Responder populations is a strong asset.
- Professional liability insurance coverage of $2,000,000 or as otherwise determined by Homewood Health.
- Proficiency in providing counselling services in French is required; proficiency in additional languages is a strong asset.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
