Asset Protection Investigator

Join our team as an Asset Protection Investigator and play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our stores. As a member of our Asset Protection team, you will be responsible for investigating and preventing loss, as well as providing support to our customers and associates.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and prevent loss through various means, including surveillance and interviews
- Provide support to customers and associates, including answering questions and resolving issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
- Valid region/market specific security license (except in Nova Scotia and Saskatchewan)
- Awareness of retail procedures and criminal civil proceeding process is an asset
- Full flexibility with schedule (including evenings and weekends)
