Culinary Artist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Artist - Pastry Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Moose Jaw. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about baking and creating delicious pastries, bread, and desserts.

This position involves preparing a variety of baked goods from scratch, including doughs, batters, and other treats. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a baker or in a similar culinary role and possess knowledge of baking techniques and food safety regulations.

As a Culinary Artist - Pastry Specialist, you will be responsible for decorating and presenting pastries, cakes, and other desserts, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace, and monitoring inventory to order baking supplies as needed.

The successful candidate will also have attention to detail and creativity in food presentation, as well as the ability to work early mornings or flexible hours as required.
