About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as a Senior Director, Third Party Risk Management. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of third-party risk management and a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Risk Management Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to mitigate third-party risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead Third-Party Governance Operations: Lead the bank's third-party governance operations, ensuring that all control functions are adequately engaged and that the correct risk management regime is placed around the services provided by third-party vendors.
  • Manage Third-Party Risk Assessments: Manage the bank's third-party risk assessments, ensuring that all third-party vendors are thoroughly vetted and that risks are accurately assessed and mitigated.
  • Develop and Maintain Security Requirements: Develop and maintain security requirements for third-party vendors, ensuring that they meet the bank's security standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead Continuous Monitoring Program: Lead the bank's continuous monitoring program for third-party vendors, ensuring that risks are continuously assessed and mitigated.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including information security, compliance, and risk management, to ensure that third-party risks are accurately assessed and mitigated.
Requirements
  • 7-10+ years of experience in third-party risk management
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to negotiate with third-party vendors
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts
  • Experience with information security and risk management frameworks
  • Professional certifications in information security or risk management
