At Element Fleet Management, we're redefining the fleet management industry by putting people first. We're seeking a skilledMaintenance Generalist Associate to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and guidance to our clients' drivers, ensuring their vehicles are maintained efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Case Managers, Supervisors, and Managers to resolve technical and non-technical issues.
  • Negotiate repair prices and review requests for compliance with client policies and our standard operating procedures.
  • Issue authorizations for valid repairs to manage client vehicle maintenance costs and minimize downtime.

Requirements

  • High School education or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of general automotive knowledge, preferably with mechanic experience.
  • Proficiency in PC skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and respond to requests within specified timeframes.
  • Ability to research and resolve problems independently and effectively communicate with clients and internal personnel.
  • Flexibility to multitask between different work queues and work effectively in a team environment.
