Job Title: Glazier

We are seeking a skilled Glazier to join our team at B TOWN STICKERS. As a Glazier, you will be responsible for installing and repairing glass and other materials in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure, mark, and cut glass to fit specific requirements
  • Position and secure panes in frames, ensuring proper alignment and sealing
  • Prepare tenders and quotations for glass installation projects
  • Instruct apprentices in glass installation techniques
  • Prepare shop drawings and specifications for glass installation projects
  • Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment
  • Supervise other workers on glass installation projects
  • Transport cases of glass to and from job sites
  • Estimate costs and materials for glass installation projects
  • Work at heights, on scaffolding, or swing stages, following safety protocols
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications for glass installation projects
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years
  • Will train
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 to 40 hours of work per week
