Role Summary

The Financial Assistant - Accounts Coordinator will be responsible for preparing the general ledger, managing accounts receivable, and performing financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare the general ledger and manage accounts receivable
  • Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting
  • Manage accounts payable and prepare trial balance
  • Invoice clients and perform general office duties
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns and organize inventory

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • English as the primary language
