Accountant - Ledger Specialist

The Financial Assistant - Accounts Coordinator will be responsible for preparing the general ledger, managing accounts receivable, and performing financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the general ledger and manage accounts receivable
- Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting
- Manage accounts payable and prepare trial balance
- Invoice clients and perform general office duties
- Address customers' complaints or concerns and organize inventory
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Permanent employment
- 30 to 40 hours per week
- English as the primary language
