**Company Overview:**

Proforce Personnel is a leading importer of intimate apparel known for their commitment to quality and innovation. We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee all financial activities for our company.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  2. Prepare the annual budget and cash flow projections.
  3. Presentation of monthly consolidated financial statements to senior management and stakeholders.
  4. Full-cycle accounting management, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, sales tax remittance, payroll, and source deductions.
  5. Support in HR-related financial matters.
  6. Coordination of year-end audit preparation and liaison with auditors.
  7. Management of foreign exchange contracts and oversight of inter-company transactions.
  8. Supervision of import operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and streamlining logistics.
  9. Review of all import/export entries and management of duty drawback claims.
  10. Implementation and enforcement of internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain accurate financial reporting.
  11. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and provide strategic insights.
  12. Overseeing EDI transactions for invoicing and providing support to Accounts Receivable.
  13. Management of investment portfolio data entry and reconciliation.

**Requirements:**

  1. 7–10 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and import operations.
  2. CPA designation (or in progress) is an asset.
  3. Strong knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.
  4. Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
  5. Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  6. Experience with import/export regulations and customs compliance.
  7. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
