We are seeking a highly skilled HR Employee Experience and Wellbeing Consultant to join our team at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a vital role in supporting the experience and well-being of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement employee experience and wellbeing initiatives to enhance the overall work environment.
- Collaborate with HR teams to design and deliver training programs that promote employee wellbeing and engagement.
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to inform employee experience and wellbeing strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders to promote a culture of wellbeing and employee experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee experience and wellbeing.
- Post-secondary education in human resources, health sciences, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in employee wellbeing, workplace wellness, health promotion, and/or human resources.
- Superior interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to function as a collaborative team member.
- Experience using HR/Payroll systems and database reporting.
- Ability to lead project development and implementation.
- Strong human relations skills and ability to interact with employees in a unionized and non-unionized environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.
- Experience using computerized HR/Payroll systems and reporting software preferred.
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and corporate email.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a confidential setting independently and under time constraints.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills to proactively problem-solve.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leaders and employees.
- Competitive salary range: $42,748 to $50,291.
