Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Counter Staff member to join our team. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating our point-of-sale systems, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers with a smile, respond to their needs, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Point-of-Sale Operations: Operate our registers, scanners, and debit/credit transaction systems with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present food items to our high standards, ensuring that every customer receives a great dining experience.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including the counter, tables, and restrooms.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve our goals, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic math functions, handle transactions accurately, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, twist, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
