About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team at Aritzia. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement data-driven strategies that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Design and develop advanced analytics models to uncover new business opportunities and optimize existing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data visualizations and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and apply this knowledge to drive business value.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence, with a strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Experience working with SQL, Python, and/or R, with a strong understanding of data modeling and statistical analysis.
What We Offer
