Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Worker to join our team at RAYCO STEEL LTD. As an integral part of our metal products manufacturing company, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate metal cleaning equipment to remove excess welds, rust, scale, and other materials from surfaces of metal products.
  • Assist structural steel and platework fitters, sheet metal workers, metal machine operators, or other metal workers in completing tasks.
  • Grind or chip excess metal from metal products using hand tools.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Loading and unloading vehicles using forklifts or dollies.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar field.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle for relocation purposes (if necessary).
  • Able to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
  • Dusty, hot, and noisy work site environment.
  • Repetitive tasks, physically demanding, and requires manual dexterity.
Security Clearance:
  • Criminal record check is mandatory.
Salary Information:

Our estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location factors.
