Construction Superintendent Leader

We're seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent Leader to oversee and manage construction activity on one of our multifaceted projects. As a key member of our team, you'll provide strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive solution-based approach to ensure project excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Health, Safety, and Environmental Protection on the project
- Ensure projects are built according to approved plans and specifications
- Manage labor and materials to maintain high quality standards
- Utilize management skills to lead the team effectively
- Implement innovative methods to increase effectiveness and efficiency
- Collaborate with the Superintendent for construction site start-up details
- Ensure workforce training is up to date
- Be a keeper of construction site inventory
- Celebrate project success and completion
We're looking for a candidate with a minimum of five years of construction experience, specifically in Heavy Civil, Marine, or Deep foundation projects. You'll have technical competence to supervise and direct trade contractors, a strong dedication to safety, and excellent leadership skills.
