Duties and Responsibilities

- Assess the health needs of seniors and develop personalized care plans

- Provide emergency and urgent care, including minor episodic illness and stabilized chronic conditions
- Educate clients on chronic and long-term illnesses

Key Qualifications

- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) is required
- BCLS certification, Level C - AED is required
- Minimum two years' experience in gerontological nursing is required
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
