This position requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish and maintain accurate cost reporting systems for project components.
  2. Monitor and analyze labor, equipment, material, and subtrade costs, ensuring timely and accurate reviews with the Construction Project Manager.
  3. Collaborate with the Construction Project Manager to develop and update schedules, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  4. Control and manage drawings, drawing records, and revisions, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
  5. Oversee site instructions and change orders, maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to established protocols.
  6. Maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation, tracking testing and inspections results.
  7. Evaluate and verify technical aspects of the work against applicable codes and standards.
  8. Ensure accurate completion of all tasks, adhering to strict quality control measures.
  9. Coordinate and facilitate regular meetings, documenting clarifications and instructions.
  10. Support payroll functions, ensuring accurate coding and cost allocation.
  11. Prepare and review progress invoicing and status reports.
  12. Contribute to estimate development, review, and costing activities.
