The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated maintenance professional with a strong mechanical and electrical background who is ready to step into a lead role overseeing a small team.
The RoleKey responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining preventative maintenance standards and schedules for all mechanical and electrical systems and equipment.
- Designing and implementing repair and maintenance data tracking and reporting systems.
- Analyzing test results, machine error messages, and operator information to diagnose equipment and system problems.
- Repairing and maintaining the operating condition of production equipment.
- Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Promoting continuous improvement initiatives and presenting suggestions for best practice standards.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- A Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree or certificate/license in a related trade (433A License).
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in automation/manufacturing/industrial maintenance.
- Excellent English language skills and strong computer skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, reliability, commitment, and initiative.
