About Ricki's: We are a fashion-forward retailer seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to lead our team at Garden City Shopping Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Salary: $60,000-$80,000 per year

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Store Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, including achieving sales goals, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and leading the team. The successful candidate will have strong visual merchandising skills, ability to drive business through fashion consciousness and commerciality, and excellent sales skills with a commitment to ensuring amazing customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all aspects of day-to-day store operations, including managing sales teams, inventory control, visual merchandising, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment.
  • Oversee business operations in the absence of the Store Manager and ensure seamless execution of store strategies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by coaching and training sales associates to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business plans, targets, and strategies to achieve store objectives.
  • Promote brand awareness and maintain a positive work environment that embodies Ricki's values.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices, with the ability to create compelling store displays and presentations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and external partners.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.
